Jeff is a native of Glynn County and a graduate of Brunswick High School.  He is also a graduate of Georgia Southern University, Georgia Banking School and The Graduate School of Banking at LSU.  Jeff worked in the banking industry for twenty three years before joining the Loan Velocity team in April of 2014.  In addition to mortgage lending, Jeff also owns The Shell Agency, which is an Independent Insurance Agency and a Real Estate Brokerage company.  Jeff is married to Kelly Walczak Carter Shell and currently resides in Darien, GA.
